About me
Cleo Corbett, MCIP, RPP - Having grown up in Co-op Housing and spent parts of her childhood in different parts of Africa, Cleo has a unique perspective on what 'home' means. Her educational background from Vancouver Island University and Simon Fraser University and her 20 years of municipal planning experience provide the perfect backdrop for her current role with CMHC's Municipal Relations team, where she works with local governments in British Columbia and the Yukon to deliver housing programs, build capacity and improve the housing system. Cleo's work has been recognized by the United Nations, the World Planning Congress and UBCM, and she currently serves on the board of the Planning Institute of British Columbia and the Yukon. Based on Vancouver Island, Cleo balances a busy career and family life with dog walks, theatre and rock n' roll.
